PalletPal 360

The PalletPal 360 has a rugged tubular steel frame to handle loads up to 4500 lbs. It incorporates a turntable to allow nearside loading and a system of springs and shock absorbers which lower and raise the unit, as pallets are built up and broken down, to maintain a constant working height. No power or air supply is required.

This simple, automatic unit uses a system of springs and shock absorbers to lower and raise loads as boxes are added or removed from pallets. Its turntable allows for nearside loading and unloading. No power or air supply is required to use this unit. Pallet loads up to 4,500 lbs can be handled. This unit has calibrated heavy-duty springs that bring the pallet to the most convenient loading and unloading height. Dampener provides smooth, gradual raising and lowering action, without overshoot or spring bounce. Pallet truck accessible with fork pockets for relocation also extend base for free standing stability. Free standing, can be easily relocated by fork truck. Unlike competitive models, the PalletPal 360 offers workers complete 360° access to loads. All of its components are contained within the diameter of the turntable ring. There are no protrusions, projections or obstructions, so reach-over zones are eliminated.
